Company

Mobility infrastructure
for modern destinations.

Knull exists because retail destinations have invested in everything except the physical act of carrying. We build the hardware, the docks and the software that close that gap.

01Position

A product company, operating like an infrastructure partner.

Trolleys have historically been treated as disposable equipment. We treat them as connected infrastructure with an availability target, a service model and a data output — the same way a destination treats lifts, lighting or parking systems.

02Principles

Four rules we design against.

They are deliberately restrictive. Most of the value in this category comes from what is left out.

  • The shopper decides

If a shopper hesitates, the design has failed. Every interaction is measured against someone carrying bags in a busy atrium.

  • Infrastructure standards

We build for daily cycles over years, not for a launch photograph. Serviceability is designed in from the first sketch.

  • Restraint by default

One accent colour, no ornament, no feature that exists to be demonstrated rather than used.

  • Evidence over claims

We agree targets with operators and report against them, rather than quoting results from somewhere else.

03Focus markets

Two markets first, deliberately.

Deploying well takes site knowledge and service capacity. We would rather be excellent in two markets than thin across ten.

  • United Kingdom

Established multi-level centres with mature operations teams, strong presentation standards and clear service-level culture.

  • United Arab Emirates

Large-scale flagship destinations where experience investment is high and mobility over long internal distances matters most.

04How we engage

From first conversation to partnership.

  • 01

    Discovery

We study the site, the routes and the operating model.

  • 02

    Proposal

Dock plan, fleet size, service model and targets.

  • 03

    Pilot

A contained live deployment with agreed measures.

  • 04

    Partnership

Scale, reporting cadence and ongoing service.
