Built to move.
Designed to serve.
The Knull Trolley is a premium industrial object with a service system inside it. Every decision — proportion, material, aperture, interface placement — exists to make a loaded visit easier and a managed fleet possible.

01Design intent
A premium object, not a piece of equipment.
Shopping destinations invest heavily in their environments. Anything placed into that environment at scale has to hold the same standard from across the atrium and from one metre away.
Quiet in the room
Matte graphite surfaces, no gloss, no branding noise. From across an atrium the unit reads as venue infrastructure rather than equipment borrowed from a supermarket.
Precise geometry
A rectilinear frame with tight radii and one consistent edge language across apertures, panels and the handle assembly.
Built for daily cycles
Engineered around repeated release, loading, return and charge cycles in a high-traffic public environment, not around a showroom photograph.
02Material character
Detail carries the brand.
At close range the product is judged on edges, gaps and finish. The handle assembly is where hand, light and wordmark meet, so it receives more attention than any other surface on the unit.

03Carrying architecture
It has to work when it is genuinely full.
Most trolleys are evaluated empty. Knull is designed around the load a real visit produces: bags of different shapes, a box, a drink, a phone and a coat.

04Shopper interaction
Two seconds to start, one action to finish.
Release is a scan or a tap. Return is placing the unit into any dock. There is no queue, no deposit coin and no staff handover in the standard journey.

05Serviceability
A fleet is only as good as its uptime.
Availability is the product. Service design is treated with the same weight as industrial design, because an unavailable unit provides no experience and no value.
Serviceable in place
Wearing parts are reachable without removing the unit from the destination for extended periods.
Charge while stored
Units charge in the dock during natural idle periods, so charging is not a separate operational task.
Fleet-addressable
Every unit reports identity, session and service state to the platform for planned rather than reactive maintenance.
