Security & trust
Infrastructure people can rely on — and audit.
Enterprise destinations need to know how Knull handles data, access and failure before anything is installed. These are the principles we design to, and the documentation we share during procurement.
01Principles
How we design for trust.
Security by layer
Each layer of the stack has its own boundary. Docks, units, platform and integrations are isolated so a fault in one does not cascade.
Access control
Role-based access to the operator platform: staff see what their role requires, and nothing more.
Data minimisation
Operational reporting works on aggregate, non-personal data. We collect what the service needs and no more.
Resilience
Local-first docks keep custody and release working through connectivity interruptions.
Incident management
Faults are detected, affected units withdrawn, and incidents recorded and reviewed with the operator.
Accessibility
Physical and digital touchpoints are designed with accessibility considered from the outset.
02Documentation
What we share during procurement.
Security, data-processing and resilience documentation is provided to qualified buyers under NDA. We do not claim certifications on this website; any held will be stated in that documentation.
