The proposition
Knull Trolley is a connected shopper mobility service. It is not a trolley on its own: it is a trolley, a network of docks placed across the destination, a shopper app that handles release and return, and an operator platform that shows the state of the fleet.
The service exists because trolley provision in large destinations breaks down at the edges. Units drift away from where they are needed, they are hard to account for, and the burden of finding and returning them falls on staff and shoppers.
What changes for the shopper
A shopper finds a dock, releases a unit, uses it, and returns it to any dock in the network — not the one they started at. That single change is what makes a trolley usable across levels, entrances and long walking distances.
What changes for the operator
Fleet position and dock occupancy become visible rather than inferred. Redistribution becomes a prompted action rather than a sweep. Utilisation becomes a number the destination can plan around.
